Senior Lecturer of History of Art at the Federal University of São Paulo, holds a History degree from the Federal University of Paraná (Brazil) and a degree in Baroque art and culture from the Federal University of Ouro Preto (Minas Gerais, Brazil). She holds Master’s Degree in History of Art and Culture at the State University of Campinas (São Paulo, Brazil) and PhD in History of Art from the University of Granada (Spain) where she defended her dissertation ” La Invención del Barroco por el Modernismo Brasileño. Las propuestas de Tarsila do Amaral y Mário de Andrade”. Between 2008-2010 she carried out Post-Doctorate studies on 18th century decorative arts in Minas Gerais in the Department of History of Architecture and Aesthetics at the University of São Paulo.
