Cristina Domenech Romero

Specialist in the collection of Spanish art in the United States, a topic on which she has published several essays. She has been a scientific advisor and co-author of the exhibition catalog “Watkins, the United States’ Landscape in Joaquín Sorolla’s Photographic Collection.” From 2011 to 2013 she also held the position of principal researcher in the project prior to the exhibition “Sorolla in America”. She is currently responsible for the Department of Education and Public Programs of the Hispanic Society of America Museum & Library (HSAML). Among her duties is to create and disseminate educational programs based on the Spanish and Latin American art collections in the museum.
